Your installers did an excellent job. They were very neat and
professional. They set our expectations right up front by explaining exactly what they were going to do. They even asked us if we had a problem with odors. They let us know when they were going to begin using the adhesive that has a strong smell. The final installation looks great.

I have already recommended your company to 2 of my neighbors. Daniella also did a great job with helping us pick out the counter top & sinks.

She explained the entire process, so there were no surprises.

Incredible experience with Tri-State Stone and Tile. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen and bath granite counters. My sales person Terri helped me make my granite selections and offered me tremendous support from start to finish. She made sure to keep within my budget and listened to what I was looking for in a pattern. Nothing was too much trouble even with all my questions. This is truly a beautiful piece of nature enhanced by your workmanship. The installation was complicated requiring cutouts for sink and cooktop but was accomplished expertly. Daniella has always provided accurate and helpful information Ina friendly manner. The Template measurement was on time and accurate. Ed called to verify the orientation of the sink. Monday, May 8,2017 my old countertops and sink were removed and the new ones installed. Terry and everyone at Tri-State Stone could not have been nicer or more helpful. Tri-State Stone is absolutely the very best!!!! Two years ago we redid 2 bathrooms and love the white carrera marble that Daniella helped us with. Now we have just finished a major addition with leathered verde antique marble kitchen, white carrera in the master bath and the powder room, Santa Fe in the closet cabinet and rain forest for the dressing table. Vinnie and Christian were wonderful with the install, Daniella was a delight and helpful in every way and especially with the 5 slabs. We are delighted! Thanks to all!

Ed from Tri-State was scheduled to come to our home to take measurements and template the counters to assure an exact fit. We again visited Daniella to make a final review to approve the install. The installers were on time and were very professional and neat. The counters fit perfectly and look fabulous. We are very satisfied with the Tri-State staff as well as the product and would use them again should the need arise.

Tri-state stone installed granite countertops in our kitchen. From the start Daniella Errera couldn't have been more helpful. She helped us with the selection, price and layout. Then she set up an appointment at our house for the layout. We did not have to rip out our old tops or sink for this to be done. We had full use of our kitchen until the day of installation. The rip out and install was the cleanest and neatest work that I ever had done at my house. All the workers were pleasent and professional. What a great job.

My wife and I refinished two bathrooms that are back to back therefore needed two countertops. Great selection of materials. We chose one to be granite and one quartz. Both had different edging and different colored sinks. They were very detail oriented and each person who had a role in the process was knowledgeable and courteous, called to confirm and was prompt. They absolutely have customer service down from start to finish! We would highly recommend them and use them again in the future!

There are very few places that really care about service and Tri State is one of them. The showroom has all you need to make a decision about any stone for your home. Daniella was tremendously responsive and informative in guiding us through the process. We actually had a few issues with the first countertop that was installed - and with very little, stress free, discussion the counter top was replaced -- and quickly! We are thrilled with our stone and the service from Phil and his team. Cannot recommend Tri State highly enough!
